1–2 business day processing
Most orders are prepared and handed off quickly so you can get tracking information as soon as possible.

Once a label is created, we email shipment details to the address used at checkout.

Available delivery methods, estimated timing, and any shipping charges are shown before you place the order.
1. Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. During launches, sales, or periods of unusually high volume, processing may take longer.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if tracking is available for the selected carrier and destination.
2. Delivery windows
Standard shipping timing varies by destination and carrier, but typical domestic delivery windows are usually within 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options, when offered, appear at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, address issues, or seasonal demand.
3. Shipping charges
Free standard shipping may be offered on eligible domestic orders. If shipping charges apply, the exact amount will be shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
Optional expedited shipping upgrades, if available, are charged separately and are generally non-refundable once the order has shipped.
4. International orders
PeptideOTC may ship to select international markets supported at checkout. International delivery timing varies by destination, carrier, and customs clearance.
Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
5. Address changes & delivery issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the shipment is finalized.
If your package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and advise on next steps.
