Yes. Every product we sell comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that details the purity, molecular weight, sequence, and testing methodology. COAs are available upon request and can be provided at the time of purchase or afterward by contacting [email protected].

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our return policy instead.

Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are expanding our shipping to additional countries — check back soon or contact us for availability in your region.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout for time-sensitive research needs. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. The return address lists our corporate name only. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a full refund on unopened, undamaged products returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and purity standards that our customers depend on. Exceptions may be made for verified quality issues.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20C or colder for long-term storage. For short-term storage (up to 4 weeks), refrigeration at 2-8C is acceptable. Keep peptides in their original sealed vials, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, peptides should be aliquoted and stored at -20C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
When stored properly at -20C in lyophilized form, most peptides have a shelf life of 24 months or longer. Reconstituted peptides should be used within 4-6 weeks when stored at -20C. Shelf life may vary by product — refer to the COA for specific stability data.
Yes. While lyophilized peptides are relatively stable, refrigeration or freezing is strongly recommended to maintain maximum potency and purity. Room temperature storage should be avoided for extended periods. We ship temperature-sensitive products with appropriate cold-chain packaging.
